General Return Policy
- Since all our products are handmade, we want each item to reach you in perfect condition.
- If any issue occurs during shipping, we will resend a new item. In such cases, we kindly require an unboxing video as proof.
- Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to accept any claims.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@mohhar.in with your order details and images of the product (if applicable).
- Upon approval, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
